  • Can anyone from any country play games provided by Wlotto INC?
    In accordance to the laws and regulations of the licensing body, Wlotto INC. doesn't render its services to residents of the US, Singapore, and the Philippines. Residents of countries where its law and regulations prohibit online gaming should not play games provided by Wlotto INC.

    To create a Wlotto wallet, go to
    My Wlotto -> Wallet -> Open New Account -> Select a cryptocurrency wallet -> Create Wallet

    Click Create Wallet

  • Why dosen't my Wlotto wallet reflect the deposit?
    It will take few minutes to hours for your transaction to be confirmed by the blockchain before your balance is reflected on your wallet.
  • Can I deposit other cryptocurrencies?
    No, you can only deposit each cryptocurrency in respective wallets. You may risk losing your cryptocurrency if you deposit it to a wrong wallet.
  • Why dosen’t the balance reflect on my Wlotto wallet?
    Please make sure that you have filled in the correct address. You may lose your cryptocurrency if you use the wrong wallet address.
    Please check if the cryptocurrency that you are trying to deposit matches the wallet you are depositing to. There is a risk that you may lose you cryptocurrency if you use a wrong wallet or a wrong address.
    Please check if you have enough balance for deposit and enough balance to cover the minimum transaction fee.

    Transaction fee is a payment for the confirmation and recording of your transaction on the blockchain.

  • Why dosen't the balance reflect on my wallet?
    Withdrawal may take minutes to hours dependning on the confirmation speed of the blockchain. (Example: Bitcoin 6 confirmation approx. 60min, Ethereum 30 confirmation approx. 10 min). Wlotto INC. is not responsible for the amount of time a transaction takes to confirm due to blockchain congestion, blockchain queue back-log, receiving address confirmation time, and for entering the wrong receiving address.

    Please make sure that you have filled in the correct address. You may not be able to retrieve and lose your cryptocurrency if you use the wrong wallet address.
